Departments and Studies Introduction


School of Management

Let's aim to become a person who supports the community and contributes to the development of society through business while flexibly responding to the changes of the times.

Study will take place in Shizuoka Prefecture. Classes are designed to encourage self-motivated learning.
We put a lot of effort into education that explores solutions to social issues.

At the time of admission

Students choose the campus.

Examples: Introduction to Business Administration, Marketing Theory, Animation, Programming, Graphic Design, etc.

Examples: Introduction to Business Administration, Marketing Theory, Principles of Childcare, Childcare Psychology, Sports Management, etc.

1st year

Students will learn the basics of economics, business administration, and psychology to acquire a base for understanding business.

From 2nd year onwards

At this point students are divided into the Department of Management and Department of Management Psychology and focus on the study of specialized knowledge and practical training.

※Department is selected at the end of the 1st year.
Department of Management
At the base of management studies and economics, students acquire knowledge in fields such as accounting, finance, corporate strategy, and marketing, learning them in a complex.
These skills will become a path to employment. Through practical learning in local communities, students develop the ability to discover and solve social issues. This course is designed to develop human resources capable of becoming successful business leaders.
Department of Management Psychology
This program develops the ability to solve various issues that arise in business and childcare working fields by applying knowledge and ethics from management, psychology, and childcare studies. A deep understanding of the human mind and behavior will help with solving issues
related to human relations in organizations and the motivation of employees, as well as various business issues such as product development, sales strategies, and business negotiations. In the Childcare Worker Training Course, students can also gain the management knowledge that is necessary for childcare centers and the child support industry.
